All purchases are final sale, however if you find there was an error or misrepresentation in the item you received then please contact us within 3 business days.  

We do offer ring sizing and bracelet sizing for an additional charge so please contact us if you find you'd like to have this service done.

Please note that international shipping can take any where from 1-6 weeks. Please be patient if ordering internationally as we have no control over how quickly an item will arrive.
