Many items are vintage and estate therefore there is no guarantee on these items. All items are sold as is and we will do our best to describe any flaw found on the item, however many are vintage pieces and will show some type of wear. All diamond quality and quantity is an estimation unless marked inside the jewelry or comes with certification. 

Items that are returned due to an address error, refusal to pay customs fee will be held for 1 month and then refunded minus service fees and shipping costs. If international package there may be additional charges due to return service fees. 

If your item arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us. We use shipping  insurance that can be applicable if your package has not arrived for 20 days domestically or 40 days internationally.
